In a moment of national pride, six-year-old Jay Arudhrah P has officially been recognized as the World's Youngest Yoga Instructor by Guinness World Book of Records. We take pride in celebrating a story of discipline, commitment, and the boundless potential of a young mind.
Early Beginnings
Jay Arudhrah's yoga journey began at the age of four, inspired by her parents—both doctors—and her mentor Mr. Prakash, a renowned yoga master who holds seven Guinness World Records. Motivated by their guidance and support, Jay Arudhrah set her sights on achieving something truly meaningful through yoga.
Achievements and Recognition
She successfully completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Certification at an age when most children are just beginning school. Soon after, she began teaching yoga classes online, leading with grace and confidence well beyond her years.

A Disciplined Lifestyle
At home, Jay Aarudhra follows a structured lifestyle shaped by strong family values: no gadgets, TV only once a week, and a daily 5 AM wake-up routine, even on weekends. These habits, instilled by her parents, have built the foundation for her focus, responsibility, and self-discipline.
Connection with Nature
Jay Arudhrah P has completed ten treks across the hills surrounding Madurai. During these treks, she practices breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar, and warm-ups amidst the natural environment. Her deep love for nature strengthens her yoga practice and helps her stay grounded and centered.
Future Aspirations
Now, her remarkable efforts are being recognized. Jay Arudhrah will soon be honoured by the Hon'able Commissioner of Police Dr J.Loganathan IPS, for her contribution to yoga and wellness at such a young age. Her parents are also preparing to apply for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar Award, further highlighting her extraordinary journey and national significance.
Though we come from the medical profession, we want our children to shine in sports and wellness. Books teach us knowledge, but sports and yoga teach us life.
